Monthly Archives: December 2008

Making best of’s. They’re everywhere this week. I could join in and write this long post on how the year has been and all of the things I’d like to do next year, but then what incentive would you have for reading next year? Instead, enjoy this photo of ghosts skating downtown.

Happy New Year’s. It’s been an interesting 2008.

Today has been a day of randomness. No apologies. I only hope you understand.

To see the rest, go here. (Thanks Matt)

Granted I don’t care at all about the debates. This video is worth it’s five minute length. If you’re impatient, skip to 0:51.

Real live, flesh & blood superheroes. How could I have possibly missed out on this? People that make their own spandex costumes and fight crime. This is amazing! I have to meet one of them.

My brother is home from Philly for a bit. If you’ve seen him around his hair is massive. It ranks somewhere between the Hindenburg and the Titanic, without the major catastrophes. His beard is about 3 months old which is great if we’re talking about the age a nice cheese. But for a beard, well, that’s a pretty long time, and it’s starting to jut out vertically like a shelf. We figure soon he won’t have to use plates. And his hair, well that’s fifteen months in the making. He cut it right before our wedding and man was it huge. He could ride a motorcycle without a helmet on ice and be completely safe.

So I thought you’d enjoy a progression of his hair. Several people have asked and without further ado:
