It’s incredibly hard to keep up on blogging as I keep realizing when I travel. So sometimes it feels like there’s nothing on here for quite a while, and then on a day like today, it’s as if we’ve found an oasis in the desert and you’re overwhelmed with goodness (or at least I hope it’s like that).

Well here’s a smattering of the past 6 weeks.
Taste of Cincinnati (1-4) Fun with The Bell & The Hammer, Ellery, Brad in Green, and the Cop with the Pink Bag.

My art still hanging totally at home at the Speckled Bird Cafe. (5) Not sure how much longer it will be up so go check it out!

A day at Ault Park with Dave the bagpipe player, Andy, my beautiful wife , Deryck being so cool, and Anna shying away from the camera. (6-10)

And a couple of amazing pizzas I cooked up with/for our small group last night. Pepperoni & pineapple + Sausage, shrooms, onions, black & green olives plus banana peppers! It was awesome. Thanks to Carissa for her homemade sauce.

Bec & I leave for the summer very soon to go on tour in Tennessee for 7 weeks. We’re hoping for a great time, an overdose of sweet tea and to not miss out on too much while we’re away. I’ll keep up the writing while we’re out and hopefully we’ll have some intriguing insights into the lives of highschoolers and the college campuses of Tennessee.
